Hi, I'm Jeremy
I am a husband, a dad, a pilot, believer, and a real estate investor.
Learn more about Jeremy’s history and track record.
Who Am I?
Hey I’m Jeremy. I am a full-time real estate investor and helicopter pilot.
I like creating value, implementing systems, and telling a story. I don’t drink coffee, but I love doughnuts.
Raised in the Nebraska, graduated from Texas, commissioned in Oklahoma, and sent around the world in the Navy, I now call Florida home.
I am a follower of Jesus Christ.
I believe that we are all screwed up sinners and good for nothings. I believe that the punishment for all that good for nothing is death. I believe that God loves us so much that he gave us the ultimate gift to forgive us of our sin. I believe that Jesus lived, died and rose again to provide us that forgiveness. I believe that if you confess and trust in Christ you can accept God’s gift of eternal life. I believe God has a plan for me and a plan you and He gives a purpose for our lives.

Heidi and I were friends in High School. Her favorite story is informing her mom she would “never marry or date anyone like Jeremy Hans”. I like to remind people that I once told her dad “I’m not too picky, I just want in the family”.
It was many years later, but we were married in July 2008. She is my match and the love of my life.
Heidi and I cofounded Lily and Dexter. They might be small, but they have bigs things happening. They are learning to work together to exasperate their parents and find trouble wherever they land.
Their appearance has made my dad bod, dad jokes, and dad car more palatable.
I was graced to be the oldest child of four. My siblings and I generally like each other, we still hangout on holidays, and have become successful adults. That success is a testament to our parents and their efforts raising us.
Though I still am upset I was never able to watch a PG-13 movie, didn’t have a power wheel, and never learned how to use power tools I know we won the genetic lottery.
I have spent 12 years in Naval Aviation as a Helicopter Pilot, first on Active Duty and now in the Navy Reserves.
I am nearing 4000 helicopter flight hours, have travelled all over the world, and taught over 60 people to hover for the first time.
I began investing in real estate in 2010. After taking dumb risks in the stock market in 2007 and 2008 which went poorly I sought a more stable and understandable investment product.
Beginning with a four-plex and moving now to mobile home parks, apartments, and commercial properties I look for value add deals with the ability to generate cash flow and create appreciation through better implementation of systems.
